1st Place Listing Makes The Following Guarantee:

• Depending on your package you will get a certain number of Top 20 Rankings in the Top 12 Search Engines or you will get a refund. These search engines are Yahoo, Infoseek, Alta Vista, HotBot, Excite, AOL Search, Netscape Search, Google, Lycos, MSN, Snap, & Open Directory.

Basics of the Guarantee Service:

• The client, with 1^st Place Listing's assistance if needed, will provide an appropriate number of key phrases for the purpose of submission.
• 1^st Place Listing will utilize its search engine expertise to build appropriate search engine friendly doorway web pages.
• 1^st Place Listing will submit these optimized web pages to the following: Yahoo, Excite, InfoSeek, AltaVista, HotBot, Lycos, AOL Search, MSN, Google, Snap/LiveDirectory, Open Directory & Netscape Search.
• Depending on the package selected, 1^st Place Listing guarantees that at least a certain number of search results will be within the Top 20 in the major Search Engines listed above.
• 1^st Place Listing will run an initial Ranking report to verify any pre-existing ranking and these pre-existing rankings will not be counted towards the 1^st Place Listing guarantee.
• Any Ranking accomplished for the Client's site after this will be counted towards the 1^st Place Listing Guarantee.
• 1^st Place Listing will run weekly ranking checks starting 2 weeks after initial submission, and will notify the client when the placement guarantee has been satisfied.
• In the event 1^st Place Listing fails to secure the appropriate number of Top 20 listings within 120 days, we will provide the client with a prorated refund of all fees collected to date.

Example 1:

A client selects the Nickel Package with a $995 initial placement fee. After 120 days we have only been able to achieve 5 top 20 listings and the Nickel Package guarantees 10 top 20 listings. At this point the client will have to decide if they want 1st Place Listing to send a prorated refund check for $497.50 or if they want the monthly maintenance fees waived until 10 top 20 rankings are achieved. The client chooses the refund. 1st Place Listing will send the client a check for $497.50. 1st Place Listing will also invoice the client $297 for the first quarter of maintenance to the listings. (3 months x $99 per month). After the three months of maintenance the listings will be examined to insure that for the prior 3 months there was a total of 30 top 20 listings (10 per month). If there were not, a prorated refund of the maintenence fees will be issued to the client, along with an invoice for the next quarter.

Example 2:

A client selects the Nickel Package with a $995 initial placement fee. After 120 days we have only been able to achieve 5 top 20 listings and the Nickel Package guarantees 10 top 20 listings. At this point the client will have to decide if they want 1st Place Listing to send a prorated refund check for $497.50 or if they want the monthly maintenance fees waived until 10 top 20 rankings are achieved. The client chooses to waive the monthly maintenance fees. 1st Place Listing will continue to improve the listings for the client and notify the client when they have achieved 10 top 20 listings. 1st Place Listing will then invoice the client $297 for the first quarter of maintenance to the listings. (3 months x $99 per month). After the three months of maintenance the listings will be examined to insure that for the prior 3 months there was a total of 30 top 20 listings (10 per month). If there were not, a prorated refund of the maintenence fees will be issued to the client, along with an invoice for the next quarter.

Example 3:

A client selects the Gold Package with a $4,495 initial placement fee. After 120 days we have only been able to achieve 75 top 20 listings and the Gold Package guarantees 100 top 20 listings. At this point the client will have to decide if they want 1st Place Listing to send a prorated refund check for $1,123.75 or if they want the monthly maintenance fees waived until 100 top 20 rankings are achieved. The client chooses the refund. 1st Place Listing will send the client a check for $1,123.75. 1st Place Listing will also invoice the client $1,347 for the first quarter of maintenance to the listings. (3 months x $449 per month). After the three months of maintenance the listings will be examined to insure that for the prior 3 months there was a total of 300 top 20 listings (100 per month). If there were not, a prorated refund of the maintenence fees will be issued to the client, along with an invoice for the next quarter.

Example 4:

A client selects the Silver Package with a $2,495 initial placement fee. After 30 days we have achieved 60 top 20 listings and the Silver Package guarantees 50 top 20 listings. At this point 1st Place Listing has fulfilled the initial placement guarantee and will send the client an invoice for $747 for the first quarter of maintenance to the listings. (3 months x $249 per month). After the three months of maintenance the listings will be examined to insure that for the prior 3 months there were a total of 150 top 20 listings (50 per month). If there were not, a prorated refund of the maintenence fees will be issued to the client, along with an invoice for the next quarter.
